Under Yury's leadership, the LECAP PPP team has supported:
19 PPP projects related to transport infrastructure in 10 regions of Russia with investments of about RUB 98.7 billion;
120+ PPP projects related to the creation of waste management facilities in 43 regions of Russia with investments of about RUB 138.8 billion, 17 concession agreements concluded, the design capacity of all facilities — more than 17.5 million tonnes of municipal solid waste per year;
50+ PPP projects related to utilities facilities (heat supply, water supply, energy) in 11 regions of Russia with investments of about RUB 9.1 billion, 7 concession agreements concluded;
12 PPP projects related to social and sports infrastructure facilities in 8 regions of Russia with investments of about RUB 11.7 billion;
10 PPP projects related to medical and healthcare facilities in 6 regions of Russia with investments of about RUB 10.2 billion
He has extensive experience in supporting bond issuances, including the first floating-rate bond placement in Russia by the International Finance Corporation, the first balance-sheet mortgage-covered bond issues by JSC CB MIA, the first subordinated transaction involving mortgage bond issues by AHML, the debut issuance of ING Bank local bonds, and the first bond issue by the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) linked to the value of a basket of precious metals.
