Mikhail is the founder and partner of LECAP with more than 15 years of legal practice experience. Mikhail helped develop the law on structured bonds and prepared the first structured bond issuances in the Russian market. He is thoroughly familiar with rating agency methodologies, which enables him to expertly develop mechanisms for improving an issue’s credit rating.

Mikhail has more than 15 years of legal practice experience, including more than 500 bond issuances (including exchange-traded bonds, eurobonds, structured bonds, as well as subordinated issues), more than 100 public debt restructuring projects (including loan participation notes and credit-linked notes), more than 40 public share offerings, and 150 private placements.
Mikhail is included in the roster of specialists of the Russian Arbitration Center in the field of financial dispute resolution.
