LECAP advised Ozon Holdings PLC on matters related to the registration of the prospectus and share issues to be placed as part of the redomiciliation from Cyprus to Russia.

On August 16, 2025, the Bank of Russia registered the issuance of shares of Ozon.

As a result of the redomiciliation, Ozon Holdings ADRs will be converted into ordinary shares and subsequently traded on the Moscow Exchange.
